He maintains an open-door policy where students can flow in and out of band at any time, ensuring they always have access to support. Whether students join the band early in the year or later in their middle school career, Mr. Joseph is always willing to help them start or catch up on their musical journey. To accommodate all students, he thoughtfully created Band 1, 2, and 3, ensuring that every student, regardless of grade level or experience, can be part of the band community at Haller Middle School.
