NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Arlington School District No. 16, Snohomish County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 6:00 pm. As a result of the COVID-19 health emergency, in-person Board meetings are prohibited at this time. The meeting will be held via the Zoom Webinar platform.

This meeting is dedicated to the topic of Reopening Arlington Schools. Only public comments on this topic will be heard at this meeting.

 

If you wish to speak about Reopening Arlington Schools during the Comments from the Audience portion of the meeting, please email Julie Davis, Senior Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, no later than 4:00 pm on the meeting day. In your email, please indicate your full name, email address, and phone number.

If you are joined by telephone, press *9 to raise your hand. When called upon, please clearly state your name, spelling your last name, and email address and keep your comments as brief as possible (not more than three minutes).

Comments and suggestions received will be shared with the Board, and a response, if appropriate, will be provided by the Superintendent's Office as soon as possible.


Individuals with disabilities who may need a modification to participate in a meeting should contact the Superintendent's Office at 360.618.6202 no later than two (2) school business days before a regular meeting and as soon as possible in advance of a special meeting so that special arrangements can be made.
