Elementary Chromebook Distribution
The Chromebook distribution for students continues this week at our elementary schools.

• On Tuesday, April 7, the distribution will take place at Eagle Creek and Kent Prairie Elementary Schools from 9 a.m. to noon and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• On Wednesday, April 8, the distribution will take place at Presidents and Pioneer Elementary Schools from 9 a.m. to noon and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Please keep in mind that your home internet may only support 2-4 people working online at the same time. You may not need a Chromebook for each of your children. If you have children at multiple schools, we ask that you check out each Chromebook at the school that your child attends.

Here is the Chromebook checkout form. If you can, we ask that you print this, fill it out and bring it to the school during checkout. If you cannot, we will have forms available.

We do not have hotspots currently available. Please indicate on the Chromebook checkout form if you need one, and we will contact you when they arrive.

This will be a drive through pick-up. Families will line up in their cars, staff will collect the checkout forms and then a staff member will deliver the Chromebook to your car. We will include instructions on connecting it to your home network, printing, etc.

Students do not need to be present. Any adult family member may pick up devices for their student. Please have the student’s school ID number available with you.

If you missed the Chromebook distribution for your school, you can visit one of the elementary distribution times this week. For elementary students this is the same number as their id for Accelerated Reader. You can also find this number by logging in to Skyward Family Access.
